Summary

A customer may report seeing Internet Explorer parser errors on their Argent servers when using the Internet Explorer Scanning Web Page Method in the Web Site Response Time Rules.

Technical Background

This may occur if the Rule is run at a fast interval, such as every 1 minute.

Internet Explorer may experience issues when trying to run numerous sessions at that interval.

Resolution

Change the Scanning Web Page Method in the Rule to Dynamic HTML.

As long as the Relator test runs OK using this method, this should address the issues of trying to launch Internet Explorer sessions at a fast interval.
