Summary
When recording a session in Internet Explorer 6, the Recorded Session screen appears blank after recording a session.
Technical Background
This is a Microsoft Issue which prevents the Argent Defender – Browser Helper Object from saving the recorded session automatically.
Resolution
Manually ‘Save‘ the Recorded Session at the end of recording.
Right click on the Argent Defender Recorder icon and select ‘Save‘
