Summary

It has been found that Argent AT Engine on a single-CPU VMware, VM runs almost 100% CPU even with no monitoring at all

In the service log, no errors can be found other than warning messages of high CPU usage

To address the issue, add at least one more processor to the VMware VM

Technical Background

The issue is VMware specific

It has not been reported on single-CPU physical box or other virtual machine environment
