Summary

One more or multiple columns are missing from the Scheduled Monitoring Tasks on Argent Console GUI, like below.

Technical Background

We expect 6 columns in normal appearance of Scheduled Monitoring Tasks

If user accidently resized column width to zero, there is no way user can recover the missing column but will adjust the width for the column left to it instead.

GUI Logs does not record anything.

It is a GUI design issue.

Issue on one product Console does not affect another product Console.

Resolution

Option 1

Take following steps:

• Close product main GUI.
• Run ‘regedit.exe’
• Delete registry hive HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Argent\{PRODUCT}

  {PRODUCT} is the one matching main GUI having the issue.

• Restart GUI

Option 2

Upgrade to Argent AT 5.1A-1704-B or above
