The message Invalid Purge Time Format is generated when the registry entry holds invalid data (not hh:mm:ss):

Technical Background

The message is generated every 30 seconds when the engine checks for rollover.

When the entry is invalid, a midnight rollover (00:00:00) is assumed.

Resolution

To correct the issue, take following steps:

1. Close Job Scheduler GUI.

2. Stop Job Scheduler Service.

3. Open the registry and correct the key to hh:mm:ss format.
