Summary

A Customer cannot see services or processes to be monitored on a particular node.

Technical Background

This is always a rights/privileges issue.

Resolution

The best way to diagnose this is to open Performance Monitor or Service Control Manager on the Main Engine server and attempt to remotely access the performance counters and/or services on the remote node using the Argent service’s account.
