Addressed an issue where automatic correction does not use Email/Pager/SMS addresses for Alert Escalation
When the registry HKLM\Software\Argent\ARGENT_CONSOLE\SERVER\SEND_CORRECT_NOTIFY_TO_ESCALATED_ONLY is set to 1, automatic correction is sent to users that have been notified for the event.
In previous versions, it only sends the correction alert to users in the alerts but not in the escalation. Now all users notified prior will be notified again for the corrected condition.
