Technical Background

When copying an existing definition (Relators, Alerts, Rules, or Network Group), an “Access Denied” error message pops up and a spinning wheel.

Clicking out of the page and clicking back in, the definition is created.

This was a coding issue and now addressed.

Resolution

Upgrade to Argent Global Manager 5.1A-R19 or above
