1) Contact the user who is getting locked out

2) Check if the phone is trying to automatically sign into the Microsoft Exchange account

3) Disable the automatic sign in, or remove the app on the phone to see if the issue persists

4) If the issue has been addressed, then re-configure the phone app to use the correct credentials
