Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds additional security later to Argent Omega. It can be useful if Argent Omega is exposed to the Internet.

MFA is enabled for individual login account. It can be configured in Security module.

With MFA enabled, when the user logs in with his account and enters the correct password, a verification code prompt will show.

Only after correct verification code is entered, the user can access product features.

It is possible to use SMS gateway email address to allow verification code to be sent to mobile phone.

The user can find the verification code in his mail inbox. A sample message is like following:

Verification code is sent through email system. Email Generator must be configured to allow MFA feature working properly.
