This issue happens when multiple Argent Queue Engines have same license key

Technical Background
Argent Job Scheduler keeps an internal list of applied licenses for standalone Argent Queue Engines
If any duplicated licenses are found the authentication fails and the Argent Queue Engine service will go down
Resolution
Stop or hold jobs being submitted to offline Argent Queue Engine
Request new license keys for Argent Queue Engine with duplicate keys
Apply new keys to Argent Queue Engine
