Summary

Argent Omega monitors VMware using PowerCLI. It used to be a separate setup package downloaded from VMware web site (www.vwmare.com). Now PowerShell CLI can be installed as PowerShell module. To do so, run Windows PowerShell as administrator, then issue following command to install:

Install-Module VMware.PowerCLI

With PowerCLI module installed, Argent Omega is able to monitor VMware objects, such as ESX host, Datastore, Virtual Machine etc.
