Summary

Monitoring Group used to rely on ODBC Query to define adaptive Monitoring Group. For example, &MG_LICENSED_WINDOWS includes all licensed Windows machines.

However, users might not be experts of SQL query or not familiar with structure of Argent Omega SQL tables. It limits the usage of ODBC query-based Monitoring Group in the field.

Dynamic option has been added to Monitoring Group. It allows defining adaptive Monitoring Groups easily.

The new feature is implemented in Argent Omega 2.2A-2401-A
