Summary
When customer imports CMDB-X XML, the Time Zone setting of newly added or updated Node is always set to ‘Fixed Time‘ and GMT
The issue is caused by two coding errors
The XML export logic does not export the Node specific Time Zone information, and the XML import logic sets the ‘Fixed Time‘ and GMT as the default Time Zone setting
Argent AT 3.1A-1404-T3 addresses both issues
The default Time Zone setting is set to be ‘Use Supervising Engine‘ and exported XML will contain the Time Zone information
Note: As Time Zone information is missing from the old XML export
Customer needs to re-export CMDB-X to create the correct XML file
