Summary
If customer configures Argent AT to fire alerts for miscellaneous system Events, and Argent AT is running a lot of Relators, he can receive excessive system Events similar to following:
The issue has been addressed in Argent AT 3.1A-1410-A
Technical Background
The Event occurs when Supervising Engine attempts to read the result a Work Order file while Monitoring Engine process has not completed writing to it
It can happen a lot in busy system
It is not an erroneous condition
Supervising Engine will read the file in next loop
Argent AT 3.1A-1410-A has enhanced the code to check if the file read failure is caused by access conflict
If so, the condition is treated as normal and no system Event should be raised
Resolution
Upgrade to Argent Advanced Technology 3.1A-1410-A or later
If customer who cannot upgrade immediately, he can turn off the miscellaneous system Event option in Supervising Engine settings
