Technical Background

When the uploaded file is corrupted in a certain way that does not trigger the archive exception, Argent AT Engine can be caught in access violation but does not label the file as bad format

As a result, the uploaded file is not discarded, and being processed over and over

The Engine process can eventually stall because of that

Resolution

Upgrade to Argent AT 3.1A-1501-T2 or later

For customer cannot upgrade immediately, he can identify the culprit file from the Service Log, and manually remove it from UPLOAD folder and restart the service
