Summary
When user receives email alerts about Internal Events, he might see text ‘[Empty Console Comment]’ in email message. Sample message is like following:

Technical Background
Console Comment is typically defined in Rule definition. Internal Events such as ‘Argent Guardian Ultra engine lost connection to Argent Console engine’ are system generated. The console comment was left empty. As results, the text ?[Empty Console Comment]? is seen in the alert.
Argent AT 5.1A-2101-A prepares Console Comment before firing Internal Event. For example, Internal Event ‘Argent Guardian Ultra engine lost connection to Argent Console engine’ has Console Comment ‘Start Argent Console service if it is stopped’.
Resolution
Upgrade to Argent AT 5.1A-2101-A or later.
