Technical Background
Argent WorldView has been enhanced with two new security features URL Access Time and Auto Logoff under the Administration section of the application (accessible only by Argent WorldView administrators)
Access Time
This security feature permit users to access the Argent WorldView only in specified periods on specified days
Access Time feature will be disabled by default
Once enabled, the default URL Access Time Range will be 09:00 to 17:00 for All Days
The Access Time parameters can be set GLOBALLY by the Administrator for each User Group, from the URL Access screen (JW16) of Administration section
Auto Logoff
This security feature will logoff the current user if the session is idle for a specified time
Auto Logoff option will be disabled by default and will get enabled for all the users once the Administrator enables the settings for one or more User Groups
Admin can also customize both features at the User Group level – different User Groups can have different values
