KBI 310673 Issue Addressed: Argent for SNMP-Edited Content In SNMP Rule Does Not Get Saved Properly

Summary

Addressed an issue that the edited contents not actually get saved when moving to another Rule in Argent for SNMP

Technical Background

The issue occurring described in the following steps:

  1. Take an existing SNMP Rule, For example, SNMP_KSC_USV_CS121_OUTPUT_LOAD_BALANCE



    Click For Full Size

  2. Edit the Rule and then save it



    Click For Full Size

  3. Select another SNMP Rule and then select this Rule
    (SNMP_KSC_USV_CS121_OUTPUT_LOAD_BALANCE) again



    Click For Full Size

  4. Add new line with formula



    Click For Full Size

  5. New line is shown, save it, the content will be saved without any errors




    Click For Full Size

  6. Select another SNMP Rule and then select this Rule again, and then all changes after step 1 get disappears

This is an IE specific issue and this issue has been addressed

Upgrade to Argent Global Manager 1310-A or above
