Argent Global Manager has been enhanced with a set of ‘Windows Network Share Rules‘ in Argent for Compliance

Technical Background

The Windows Network Share Rules monitors the Network Share information

The following Rules are added

  1. Network Share Change Rules


    2. These Rules monitor Network Share creation, deletion, change in network permission, change in network property etc

  2. Network Share Permission Rules


    3. These Rules are used to check the type of permission the Network Share has such as read, write, execute etc

  3. Hidden Network Share Rules


    4. This Rule monitors whether the Network Share is created as a hidden Network Share

  4. Network Share Status Rules


    5. This Rule checks the status of the Network Share ie, bad, degraded, error or about to fail
