Summary

Argent SuperMaps may not display event status correctly if the Argent SuperMap contains multiple dots representing Monitoring Groups.

Technical Background

An Argent SuperMap dot can be a location, node or a Monitoring Group.

If the Argent SuperMap contains multiple Monitoring Groups, an internal algorithm calculation error occurs, and causes the Argent SuperMap to not retrieve all relevant events.

As a result, the dot may reflect an incorrect status

Upgrade to Argent AT 3.1A-1307 or later
