Issue addressed in Argent AT 3.1A-1307-A or above

Summary

When nodes in a Monitoring Group have a different casing from the nodes in the Licensed Node database, Argent AT treats them as NOT licensed, and won’t monitor them.

Technical Background

Due to another issue where customers can manually delete a node from the CMDB-X even if the node is licensed in other Argent AT products (KBI 310555)), customers can have nodes in a Monitoring Group that has different casing from the node in the Licensed Nodes database.

This is no longer possible in Argent AT 3.1A-1307-A or above, as KBI 310555 has also been addressed

If for whatever reason this issue still arises, Argent AT 3.1A_1307-A or above now ignores the casing of nodes

Upgrade To Argent AT 3.1A-1307-A or above
