KBI 310801 Issue Addressed: Argent AT Only Uses The First Dynamic Schedule In Relator

Summary

If multiple dynamic scheduling is specified in Relator, only the first one is used

As a result, monitoring task may not be scheduled as expected

For example, REL_DEMO has following schedules:

REL_DEMO only runs during 10:58 to 11:05

The schedule 11:10 to 11:20 is ignored completely

Technical Background

It is a limitation in Argent AT’s Scheduling Engine and addressed in Argent AT 3.1A-1401-B

Resolution

Upgrade to Argent AT 3.1A-1401-B or later

For customer cannot upgrade immediately, he can use combination of single dynamic scheduling and exclusion time to accomplish the same
