KBI 310808 Issue Addressed: Condition Corrected Message Was Not Sent To Escalated Accounts

Summary
When registry ‘SEND_CORRECT_NOTIFY_TO_ESCALATED_ONLY‘ is set to 1
The condition corrected message was only sent to SMS users in ‘Notification And Corrrection Alerts (Or Alert Macro)‘
But not SMS users in ‘Alert Escalation Plan‘
Technical Background
Consider following configuration:
Customer configures Relator to fire SMS alert to User A when Rule is broken, fire escalated SMS alert to User B after 5 minutes, and send SMS alert when condition is corrected
Customer also leaves registry ‘SEND_CORRECT_NOTIFY_TO_ESCALATED_ONLY‘ is set to 1, which is the default value
Say the Rule is broken, and SMS alert is sent to User A
After 5 minutes, SMS alert is sent to User B as escalation
After a few more minutes, the condition is corrected and correction SMS message is sent out
Because SEND_CORRECT_NOTIFY_TO_ESCALATED_ONLY has value 1, the SMS message should be sent to both SMS User A and User B
But in Argent AT 3.1A-1401 and earlier, the correction message is sent to User A only
The issue is confirmed and addressed in Argent AT 3.1A-1401-B
Resolution
Upgrade to Argent AT 3.1A-1401-B or later
