KBI 310895 Issue Addressed: Relators With Long Intervals Skip Midnight Run

Argent Advanced Technology 3.1A-1401 or below

Tuesday, 25 Mar 2014

Relators with long intervals between runs may skip the execution of Relator right after midnight

Technical Background

This issue has been seen to occur on Relators that are set to run every 3 hours or longer

The Argent AT Engine recycles during midnight and it may take up to 1015 minutes for the Engine to initialize on a heavily loaded system

The tasks scheduled during this period can be skipped

The issue has been addressed in Argent AT 1401-T4

Upgrade to Argent AT 1401-T4 or later

For customers who cannot upgrade immediately, the following workaround can be used:

Schedule these Relators to use a fixed Start Time after 00:30
