Summary

Argent for SQL Server has been enhanced with a new Rule category ‘Long Running Open Transactions Rules’ to Alert if any long or slow running open database transactions detected

Technical Background

The ‘Long Running Open Transactions Rule’ alerts if any transaction takes more time than the configured threshold to complete the execution

There is an option to monitor the transactions related to particular databases by specifying the database names in Include/Exclude fields
