Summary

System File Rule used to monitor file or folder changes using last modification time

It is a lightweight and preferred option

However, some system file could be re-written periodically with the exact same content, and customer might not want to count that as file change

The new feature of monitoring file/folder using CRC-64 can be used to address some requirement

Instead of checking the last modification time, file content CRC-64 is computed and compared

Only if file content is changed, the file is regarded as changed
