The valid values are as follows:

  • Unspecified
  • Highest
  • High
  • Normal
  • Low
  • Lowest

  1. The feature is supported for email types SMTP, EWS and MAPI
  2. Lotus Notes email is depreciated and does not support this feature
  3. When Unspecified is used for the importance, the value defined in the Email Recipient Macro can override the importance
