KBI 311000 New Feature: Argent Commander Graphs With Specific Time Ranges And Intervals
Version
Argent Commander 3.0A-1401-T1 and above
Date
Monday, 30 June 2014
Summary
A new option for the ‘Range‘ of Argent Commander Graphs has been added, called ‘Specific Range‘
This invokes a popup box that allows customers to choose the following:
Interval
The frequency between data points – all data points are averaged into ‘buckets‘ of time
For example, an ‘Hourly‘ interval will cause all data points to be bucketed into 1:00, 2:00, 3:00 etc
Warning: The interval granularity goes as low as 5 minutes
When picking a very large time range, the number of data points bucketed into 5 minutes could approach very large values – this could severely impact performance
From
The date and time to start the data from
To
The date and time to end the data – the special option ‘Now‘ allows the end date to be floating, based on the current time
