Technical Background

Argent Advanced Technology has been enhanced to provide an option to save data to Argent Predictor Ultra from versions 5.1A-1810-A and later

In the past customers who were unable to use Argent Predictor Ultra data with Argent Commander dashboards

Argent Commander has been enhanced to check the value of the registry key below to confirm the data is saved to Argent Predictor Ultra

If the value is ‘9999’, Argent Commander uses the Web API to pull data from Argent Predictor Ultra database

If not ‘9999’, Argent Commander continues with the existing architecture of reading data from PRD_MOTHER and PRD_DAUGHTER tables of corresponding Argent Advanced Technology products directly, that is NOT Argent Predictor Ultra

Registry key: HKLM\Software\Argent\{PRODUCT}\SQLBI_ENABLED

If Argent Commander does use Argent Predictor Ultra, a new field ‘Resolution’ is available on all definition screens, this field defines the timely resolution of data and is required in Argent Commander to make full advantage of the new performance enhancing database design of Argent Predictor Ultra

In Argent Commander that pulls data from the Argent AT Predictor tables, the field ‘Resolution’ is grayed out as it does not have any relevance
