Summary
Argent Defender Ultra can now install Trusted Agents
Technical Background
Before installing Argent Defender Ultra as a Trusted Agent, both the Scheduling Engine and the Trusted Agent requires incoming connections on TCP ports 8022 and 8023
During installation, please specify the Scheduling Engine’s NETBIOS Name, and if not on the same network, the external IP addresses of the Scheduling Engine and the Trusted Agent
The Setup GUI will also install Argent VDF, a component used to transfer Work Orders between these machines
In Argent Defender Ultra, a new “Where To Run” is added in Session Replays, where customers can run Session Replays on the Main Engine and/or multiple Trusted Agents
