Summary

Mutex Related Errors are found in Log file on running Argent Job Scheduler

Technical Background

This error occurs when the Service and GUI are running using different accounts (GUI user without administrative privilege). To solve this, security attribute for authenticated customers has been used when creating Mutex so that it will not fail when opened in another RDP session

Resolution

The issue has been addressed in Argent Job Scheduler 1304-B and above
