Summary

A new Date Range option has been added for all reports:

From First to End of LAST Month

This option dynamically assigns the date range of the report to the first of the last month, and the end of the last month

E.g.

If the current month is September, then the report’s date range would be 1 Aug 2013 to 31 Aug 2013

Technical Background

This option hides the ‘To’ field, as the ‘From’ and ‘To’ field are inherently set within this option

This option is useful for customers who need an automated method of generating a report of last month’s key performance indicators or SLA data

Upgrade to Argent Reports 3.0A-1310-B or above
