Summary

Addressed an issue where automatic correction does not work due to internal file corruption

Argent previously kept all events to be processed in memory, and wrote information out periodically as a single file to the file system.

If the file is corrupted for some reason, exception errors will occur during the automatic correction process.

As a result, the automatic correction process would stop working suddenly.

Now, the event information is written out as individual work order files, one file for one event.

Even if corruption occurs, it will affect only one event instead of all events.
