Summary

Addressed an issue where Monitoring Group can take ODBC Query containing only white spaces

Technical Background

Argent AT Engine determines if a Monitoring Group uses ODBC query by checking if the query column is empty. If customers somehow enter just spaces or tabs in the ODBC query definition field, the Monitoring Group will save the query even it only contains white spaces. As a result, the Monitoring Group causes ODBC exception error

Resolution

Upgrade to Argent AT 3.1A-1310-A or above
