Summary

System Down Rule fails to save Uptime Status as UP to Argent Predictor when following settings are used:

How To Determine If The Node Is Running is set to ‘Use Windows NetRemoteTOD API‘

Advanced Settings uses option ‘Ping Node Before Calling NetRemoteTOD API‘ and ‘If Ping Succeeds, Determine Node Up/Down Status With: None – System Is Up‘

If Windows NetRemoteTOD API fails but the Ping succeeds on the target node, the Rule will report not broken, which is correct, but the performance variable (Argent Predictor data) is down, which is incorrect

The issue has been addressed in Argent AT 3.1A-1401-T11
