Summary

Relator Recheck Settings in Argent Guardian Ultra do not work for a Relator using a System File Rule

For example, a System File Rule set to be broken if a particular file does not exist or was not modified in the last 20 minutes

Relator is scheduled every 5 minutes and recheck runs every 2 minutes

The Relator broke because the file was not updated in last 20 minutes

The file was modified before the Relator recheck ran and the recheck result was ‘not broken’

But the Event status was not changed to ‘Resolved’ and the recheck kept running every 2 minutes even though the Rule was not broken

The issue has been addressed in Argent AT 5.1A-1801-B

Upgrade to Argent AT 5.1A-1801-B or above
