Summary

When viewing the Licensed Nodes module in Argent Commander, selecting different Monitoring Groups or * will show a blank Licensed Modules list.

This KBI assumes you have verified that servers and device do indeed exist in the specified Monitoring Group.

Technical Background

An issue with non-alphanumeric characters in the Alias name of a server or device causes corruption of the returned Licensed Nodes list

Resolution

This has been addressed in Argent Commander 2.0A-1105-T5 or above.
