Technical Background
Argent Defender adds two add-ons to Internet Explorer for recording web browsing sessions
These add-ons may be disabled initially because of security settings on Internet Explorer, causing a web browsing session recording to fail

Ensure the Argent Defender Recorder and Argent Defender Script Player are enabled under Internet Options -> Programs -> Manage Add-ons
