Summary

Installation of the Argent Ninja, the Argent Business Manager, or Argent XT fails when the source files are on a remote UNC path.

Technical Background

During an install over a UNC path it appears that part of the procedure responsible for copying files fails to execute and simply flashes to the next part of the install wizard.

Resolution

A workaround is to avoid installing across the network by first copying the install media to the local machine.

This is a known issue and will be resolved in a future version.
