Summary
A client may say that the web products setup fails at the Argent Console Service Account Details screen, as the User Name field is blank and grayed out.
Technical Background
This occurs when the Argent Console service account is of the format UserName@DomainName.
Normally the Argent Console service account is of the format DomainName\UserName.
The web products setup will fail if the user changes the Argent Console service account to the format UserName@DomainName.
Resolution
Make sure that Argent Console Service Account is of the format DomainName\UserName before installing Argent web products.
