Summary

Customers may report that the default SuperLink is displayed in the Alerts even after a custom hyperlink has been specified in the Rule Definition.

Technical Background

This behavior will only be seen when two or more servers are configured as the Argent Non Stop Console Motors.

The SuperLinks are stored as text files in the <DRIVE>:\Argent\ArgentManagementConsole\SUPERLINKS folder

Resolution

The “<DRIVE>:\Argent\ArgentManagementConsole\SUPERLINKS” folder should be copied across to all Argent Console Non Stop servers so that every Argent Console server references the same text file when Alerts are fired.
