Summary

Argent Commander may display “No SuperMaps have been defined that you have access to”.

This KBI assumes you have verified that the user does in fact have privileges to see one or more SuperMaps or EAV in the Security Manager.

This typically occurs when Argent Commander is installed on a machine separate from the Main Engine.

Technical Background

Argent Commander uses impersonation tokens that are initialized at the beginning of a session.

Some functions, such as accessing network shares, requires the impersonation token to be re-instantiated, otherwise access will be denied.

Resolution

This has been addressed in Argent Commander 2.0A-1105-T5 or above.
