Summary

In some cases, you may see entries in the service log of an Argent AT product saying that Argent could not export the configuration:

Failed to export the configuration information of agent ‘trusted-agent-server-01’

Technical Background

Periodically, the Main Engine exports configuration for the Trusted Agents.

Occasionally, the server will try to export this configuration at the same time that the Trusted Agent is downloading the file. In this event, you will see this entry in the log.

In a busy system, these messages are to be expected.

Resolution

Unless this happens continuously, this entry is not an issue, as the Main Engine will simply export the file on its next cycle (10 seconds to two minutes).
