Summary

“Argent” registry key deleted, but Setup shows all products still installed

Technical Background

On a 64-bit machine the actual registry key used is in the WOW mapping

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Argent is not the actual key

The actual key is: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Argent

Resolution

Delete the WOW key
