Technical Background

The Argent Remote Trusted Agent communicates with Main Engine through TCP/IP, while a local (or push-out)

Trusted Agent communicates through file share on Main Engine – both are one the same computer

To convert a local Trusted Agent to a remote one, take following steps:

1. Stop Trusted Agent service
2. Edit the registry to value 1
3. Restart Trusted Agent service
