Summary
Customer found Rule Console Comment and Description fields are too small or completely invisible on 1366x768 or 1280x768 laptop display
Customer can edit the registry HKLM\Software\Argent\{PRODUCT}\MIN_SCREEN_RESOLUTION_Y to 800 or larger number but less than 3000
If the key is not there, manually add it
Customer needs to restart the GUI to allow it to take effect
