Summary
When a customer does an interactive GUI test to test access to a node or server, Argent spawns a process on server that the customer currently logged on to, and the test under the security context of current logon user
In direct contrast, when the Argent AT service executes the Rule in production, the Rule is executed on the Trusted Agent or the Main Engine under the security context of service account
The Engine used is defined in Relator
When such an obvious inconsistency of the node or server is reported down in production but up by the GUI the customer should redo the test explicitly using the Trusted Agent used by service
