Summary

When customer logon as Operator and starts Argent AT Client GUI, he may see Argent AT Main Engine service status as ‘Unknown‘, and be unable to Start/Stop Main Engine service

This is caused by security setting at Main Engine

Only local Administrator can access Service Manager

To address the issue, customer should add the Operator as a member of local administrators of Main Engine
