Summary

In Argent Advanced Technology, Rules fail to execute if the server on which the Rules to be executed is outside the Argent AT domain

To connect to a server outside the domain, specify user credentials in License Manager screen

Technical Background

When the default Argent service account does not have permission to connect to a server (like when outside the domain such as when in a Workgroup) there is an option to specify new credentials for that particular server alone

The admin user credentials should be specified as in the below screenshot
